Big girl bed and wet money

Ok so I really do not need to say much about the money right?
Harper loves to climb on , out , up everything. Including out of the crib. It was time for a safer change which she LOVES. We have her convinced she is sleeping in a princess bed. It only takes about 20plus books every night to get her to go down peacefully. Its only been about three weeks since shes not had her nighttime boob and it has been much much easier on her than I had anticipated. Here is my sleeping beauty!

"I love you Mommy"

Harper repeats pretty much everything you say. But like her mommy she is reluctant to say the "L" word (idk why). Well I have been trying to get it out of her and finally she says it. Here's how it goes..." Harper mommy loves you so much (for the 98th time that day) " Harper says under her breath "love you". I knew she really said it but I didn't want to push it. Later while she was watching Barbie I said " Harper do you love Barbie?" she looks up at me and reaches her arm out to me and says " LOVE " pause "mommy barbie watch!" Um ok it was bliss to me and I know that's probably as good as it gets for now.

what a week

Well this past week hasn't been the most cheery. But Harper knows how to have a good time anyway. Whether shes laying next to mommy (while I wash dishes), pretending to sleep with her princess stickers, at the playground or in the fountains at Hyde Park she has got the pleasures of life figured out..
Just a taste of our past week ??? on ONE day I was stranded on top of the Gandy bridge after taking two final exams in St. Pete, our air conditioner broke so we slept at a hotel then Aunt Crystal had to drive to an emergency in Kentucky 15 hours away. That was on one day! But we survived like we always do thanks to the good Lord above and move forward to tomorrow. How could you not feel like the luckiest person alive when you have the most precious little girl looking staight into your heart, No matter what crazys are going on in day to day life? aaaw yes sappy but she is soo sweet.

Funny memory

I was thinking about when Harper was born and remembering the blessing of being able to give birth naturally with no pain medicine. Eighteen hours later I have a precious little girl. Well my experience with babies was pretty much non existent. Aunt Crystal stayed with me through the night after she was born because Eric had to fly and Gramma was keeping Harry and Bianca. The whole night Harper was restless and we really didn't know why she couldn't sleep at all. Well Gramma walks in the next morning and says "did you try to burp her" ????/ Um no ! Hahaha we did not even think of that. Poor H she slept after Gramma saved the day...

Precious!!

Tunnel fun... When we returned home from our road trip Harper was thrilled to see all of her toys. She must have forgotten what she had because it was like they were all new again. Aunt Cree managed to get these cute tunnel pics.

Well the 4th of July was uneventful but nice. Harper did a little flower sniffing and showed off on stage at church after the service was over. Though best pics were on the steps . Doesn't she look like a real little girl...
